Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
• Familiarity with safety rules and ISO/QSE standards is preferred.
• Experience with equipment setup, maintenance, and calibration is expected.

Responsibilities

• Observes safety rules and regulations; understands basic safety principles.
• Participates in MRB decisions and adheres to quality procedures.
• Performs routine equipment setup, maintenance, and calibration tasks.
• Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools, and fixtures.
• Collaborates with engineers on process improvements.
• Ensures production line equipment is operational; escalates issues as needed.
