Job summary

Boston Scientific in Minneapolis area is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support daily production operations on a five-day on-site schedule. You will assist with setup, calibration, and quality testing of parts and subassemblies, working with engineers to refine processes.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience with an AA degree or equivalent, and knowledge of safety standards and MRB processes. Eligible for standard compensation and benefits as per company policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with AA degree or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing operations and calibration tasks is desirable.
• Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observes and complies with all safety rules and regulations (including LOTO).
• Participates in the Material Review Board (MRB) decision process and adheres to quality requirements.
• Performs routine equipment setup and maintenance, including basic corrective, preventive and calibration tasks.
• Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools and fixtures.
• Works with other technicians and engineers on process improvement.
• Collaborates with production teams to ensure equipment is operational and escalate issues with remediation plans.
