Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must understand safety policies and manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with SAP, SPC, and basic production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Understands and adheres to safety policies and practices.
• Responsible for quality and adheres to manufacturing process requirements and policies.
• Builds product by following all certified processes and meets production goals.
• Gains a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and related principles.
• Willing to flex and rotate with team members and cross-functional partners.
• Maintains records such as Shop Floor Paperwork, training records, and SAP data.
• Learns to set up equipment to meet process specifications.
• Interprets quality specs via SPC and appreciates tight tolerances.
• Participates in Focused Factory cross-functional teams.
• Follows all site policies and required training.
