Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. in Mansfield, MA is seeking entry-level Assemblers for the 7:00 am–3:30 pm shift, Monday through Friday, to move products toward the consumer market. You will assemble, package, and document manufacturing steps for medical devices, ensuring GMP/ISO compliance, safety, and quality through routine line operations and cross-functional collaboration.

On-site transportation is required. This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to procedures, and participation in manufacturing metrics,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have on-site transportation to Mansfield, MA.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO/FDA quality standards preferred.
• Experience with BOMs, shop orders, routers and manufacturing metrics preferred.
• Clean Room experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day manufacturing activities on the shop floor.
• Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
• Ensure materials and documentation are available for work orders.
• Support engineering with process and equipment validation tasks.
• Assist in testing, data collection and problem solving on the line.
• Collaborate with Quality and Development teams on cross-functional projects.
