Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Andover, MA is seeking an entry-level General Assembler for a 12-month W2 contract in the medical device sector. The role runs on first shift, 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM, with a 40-hour week, and requires high attention to detail and teamwork.

You will fabricate, assemble, test, and package medical devices, follow SOPs, and perform basic quality inspections. Must be able to read English, perform simple math, and adapt to rotating tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• More than two years of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication that coworkers and supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English and perform basic math.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools such as microscopes.
• Flexible and/or extended hours and punctual attendance.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs any combination of tasks involved in fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices and sets up, operates, maintains and troubleshoots equipment.
• Works within SOPs and quality guidelines and conducts quality inspections on processing line as required.
