• At least 3 years of manufacturing operations experience with medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities on the floor.
• Provide daily directions to production associates and ensure safe operations.
• Train manufacturing associates and maintain current training records.
• Allocate labor to meet production schedules and monitor progress.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards and document production results.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Development teams on process improvements.
