Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead for 1st shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm), Monday through Friday.

You will direct daily manufacturing activities for assembly, packaging, and distribution of medical devices and provide on-site leadership to production associates. Qualifications include a High School diploma, at least 3 years of manufacturing experience with medical devices, and familiarity with GMP/ISO/FDA standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have transportation to work on-site in Mansfield, MA.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations with medical devices.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, FDA, and quality standards.
• Experience working in a Clean Room environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities on the floor.
• Train and supervise manufacturing associates.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering to support process validation and improvements.
• Prepare production schedules and allocate labor to meet deadlines.
