MedSpeed in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver. You will drive a company vehicle, transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals and related materials, while ensuring safety and timely delivery.

The role requires strong customer service, a clean driving history, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training provided and a fixed schedule with full-time hours. Background checks are required to complete the employment process.

Competenze

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity with technology.
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures closely.
• Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen.
• Drive a non-commercial vehicle throughout the shift on various roads and in varying weather conditions.
• Must have an excellent driving history.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• While drop-off and pick-up responsibilities may vary, routes may be inconsistent, the ability to handle varying item weights is required.
• Must be comfortable walking long distances and standing for long periods of time.

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays and related materials in a company vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload company vehicles with equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Route assignments may change and require performance across all routes.
