MedSpeed is hiring a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Eden Prairie, MN. The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) at $18.00 per hour with a company vehicle for transporting lab specimens and medical materials.

You will operate handheld scanners, follow strict schedules, and present a professional image to clients while ensuring safety and accuracy on every route. Training and benefits are provided, with opportunities for growth within a nationwide

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19+ with an active driver’s license for 3+ years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity with technology.
• Ability to follow procedures closely.
• Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen.
• Operate vehicles with dashcam systems per laws and policies.
• Must maintain excellent driving history.
• Vaccination proof may be required by location.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of the day in a company vehicle driving and transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals and supplies.
• Operate a handheld scanning device to track items through transportation.
• Observe all policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean.
• Adapt routes based on client needs and assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with teammates and clients.
• Support a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.
