Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a dedicated Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in the United States to safely transport lab specimens, medical supplies and related items in a company-owned vehicle. You will use handheld scanners, follow schedules, and maintain a professional client-facing presence.

As part of a nationwide healthcare logistics team, you’ll experience predictable shifts (MTWTF: 2pm-10:30pm) with a $1.00 hourly increase for hours after 10pm, comprehensive benefits, and

Qualifications

Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years
Demonstrated dependability and reliability
Familiarity with technology and ability to follow procedures

Responsibilities

Safely driving and transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays and related materials in a company-owned vehicle
Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle
Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules
Present a professional image to clients and the public
Load and unload vehicles and perform pre/post-trip inspections
Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior
Route duties across multiple routes as assigned
Collaborate with teammates and clients to meet service goals
