Qualifications

• Analytical ability to locate, research and resolve errors.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and follow organization protocol.
• Handle calls to satisfy caller needs and coordinate services.
• Analyze vendor reports for accuracy and resolve errors.
• Prepare and review vendor reports to validate data and trends.
• Coordinate data entry, validation, and database enhancements.
• Generate required reports and maintain departmental files for accreditation.
• Ensure timely data submission and compliance with requirements.
