LabCorp is seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join our team in Itasca, IL. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Will be eligible for 2nd shift differential.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm

Work Location: Itasca, IL

Job Responsibilities:

1. Load all necessary supplies needed for daily pickups.
2. Complete daily pickup schedule in a timely manner.
3. Deliver all pickups to your branch at the end of your shift.
4. Handle all specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
5. Operate a company vehicle safely and obey traffic laws.
6. Use handheld electronic device to manage pickups.
7. Coordinate with the dispatcher for additional pickups as needed.
8. Evaluate traffic, routes, and weather conditions as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
3. Must be at least 21 years old.
4. Previous driver/courier experience preferred.
5. Customer service experience is a plus.
6. Punctuality and strong time management skills.
7. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Ability to solve customer issues.
9. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
