The role requires experience with SAS/SQL, data visualization, and communicating findings to executive partners in a payer-focused healthcare environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health, Economics, Mathematics/Actuarial Sciences or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in related area.
• Minimum 5 years in Medical Economics, Healthcare Analytics, Informatics or Actuarial Services in health payer sector.
• Experience with health payer analytics and data-driven cost insights.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic insights into emerging medical cost trends with executive-ready presentations.
• Extract, summarize and analyze large datasets via SAS, SQL or similar tools.
• Coordinate savings projections and post-implementation savings measurements.
• Develop better business case and savings estimation capabilities.
• Present analytics and insights to key business partners with clarity.
• Collaborate across departments to develop the full analytical story.
