Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team environment, stay organized, and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all medical and psychiatric services, including routine, follow‑up, and emergency care.
• Ensure the rights, health, safety and personal outcomes of residents are supported at all times.
• Gather all required information prior to appointments (forms, medical book, nurse notes).
• Maintain medication inventory and place orders as needed.
• Document treatments accurately and communicate information to all relevant team members.
