Zusammenfassung

WellSky Corporation is seeking a Coding Client Success Specialist to train and support clients on medical coding, serving as a trusted partner to optimize coding processes and drive satisfaction. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, conduct coding reviews, provide compliant feedback, and help implement quality plans for global partners.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a GED or HS diploma, and Home Health Coding Certifications; EPIC EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

GED or High School Diploma required.
2–4 years of relevant work experience.
Home Health Coding Certifications required.

Aufgaben

Act as the primary point of contact for medical coders, provide guidance on queries, and elevate to clients as necessary.
Conduct coding reviews and provide recommendations for appropriate coding based on current guidelines.
Provide written feedback related to coding compliance documentation and conduct other clinical record audits, as assigned.
Work with internal teams to support quality plans and assist with providing the appropriate tools and resources to internal coding teams and global partners.
