Plastic Surgery and Wound Consultants is seeking an experienced Medical Coding and Revenue Cycle Manager to own coding review, charge capture, billing accuracy, and revenue cycle oversight across office-based, hospital, and other settings.

The role includes overseeing insurance enrollment, credentialing, privileging, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and general office operations. This coding-first position requires hands-on coding expertise and attention to detail.

Formación

• Experience in medical coding review and revenue cycle management.
• Ability to review records from multiple clinical settings and identify missed charges.
• Strong knowledge of coding guidelines, payer requirements, and billing regulations.

• Lead coding review and revenue-cycle oversight to maximize accurate revenue capture.
• Identify missed charges, reconcile provider activity against claims, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Oversee insurance enrollment, hospital credentialing and privileging, provider recruitment and onboarding, payroll processing, and general office operations.
