Qualifications

• Three to five years of professional experience in medical coding, billing, health information, or revenue cycle management.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS and E/M coding.
• Understanding of HIPAA, healthcare documentation and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction for health information, medical billing and coding topics.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials and assessments.
• Support students in exam preparation and workforce readiness.
• Track attendance, progress and completion per program requirements.
