Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an experienced outpatient medical coder with CPC certification to annotate and review records, ensuring precise ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS coding. You will apply E&M leveling to outpatient visits and leverage outpatient conventions to enhance data quality.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to resolve ambiguities in clinical documentation and provide feedback to improve coding guidelines and workflows. Prior outpatient coding experience is required.

Qualifications

• Active CPC certification required.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding for outpatient.
• Hands-on experience coding in outpatient settings.
