Job summary

Qualifications include a Certificate Program, 3+ years of experience, and one of AHIMA or AAPC certification paths. Applicants must understand VHA coding systems; no sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Certificate Program required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience required.
• Must possess one of the following: AHIMA or AAPC Apprentice/Associate Certification, AHIMA or AAPC Mastery-Level Certification, AHIMA or ACDIS Clinical Documentation Improvement Certification.
• Strong understanding of VHA coding systems and code sets.
• No sponsorship available.

All candidates must be able to:
