Job summary

You will lead a team, manage front office operations, and ensure compliance and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include hiring and training, budget planning, and coordinating scheduling while maintaining HIPAA privacy and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent; 4 years experience in lieu of Associate’s Degree.
• An Associate’s Degree in Business or healthcare related field with 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team including hiring, training and development.
• Manages front office operations to maximize patient satisfaction, access, and records management.
• Ensures staff remain current in competencies, licensure and annual training.
• Monitors time and attendance per THR policy.
• Assists in clinic budget development and performance planning.
• Liaises between practice and Central Billing Office and manages privacy/compliance issues.
