Responsibilities

• Lead staff and providers in a busy clinic and endoscopy setting.
• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
• Oversee staff recruiting, hiring, development and evaluation.
• Ensure proper staffing and manage overtime.
• Schedule physician visits across locations and types.
• Monitor financial health and drive performance metrics.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Ensure accreditation, CMS, and life/safety requirements.
