Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day medical clinic operations and staff performance.
• Provide coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary guidance per policy.
• Supervise clinic staff including the Clinic Supervisor and Care Coordination Supervisor.
• Ensure compliant onboarding, training, and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor patient access, flow, and provider productivity.
• Collaborate with departments to improve care coordination and outcomes.
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll-related reporting.
