Job summary

Medlife Primary & Urgent Care in Buford, Georgia is looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to take on the role of Clinical Manager & Trainer for Clinical Team Members. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in Urgent or Primary Care, with strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Urgent Care or Primary Care.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for training and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor existing & newly hired Medical Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and procedures.
• Assist with patient care, including vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, and more.
