Job summary

Medlife Primary & Urgent Care in Buford, GA, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to join as an Assistant Manager and Trainer for Clinical Team Members. The ideal candidate will manage and train Medical Assistants, ensure compliance with protocols, and assist with patient care. A passion for mentorship and at least 2 years of experience are required. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager/Medical Assistant Trainer.
• Urgent Care or Primary Care experience is a plus.
• Passion for patient care and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage, Train and mentor existing & newly hired Medical Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and procedures.
• Assist with patient care, including vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, and more.
• Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and teamwork.
