Job summary

National-Spine-and-Pain-Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead daily operations of our Arlington center, overseeing administrative and clinical staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will support providers, manage schedules, and maintain compliance with NSPC policies and healthcare regulations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and experience in private medical office management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of private medical office management and supervision experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience operating a licensed and accredited ambulatory surgery center (where applicable).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Familiarity with EMR and/or Electronic Practice Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide active leadership over daily center administrative and clinical staff functions/work assignments.
• Ensure calls, messages and emails are answered and properly distributed.
• Oversee EMR/Practice Management tasks and patient record preparation.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information and chart completeness.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments per NSPC guidelines.
• Manage center budgeting, expenses, and monthly financial reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing and physicians on center initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with NSPC policies, OSHA and HIPAA rules.
• Supervise and coach staff, set PDPs, and coordinate staffing/hiring with regional leadership.
