Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• Computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Internet.
• Customer service skills and training.
• HIPAA testing required.
• On-call rotation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and improves patient experience across centers to achieve NPS goals.
• Leads daily Huddles with clinical and operational staff.
• Ensures staffing meets budget and KPI targets.
• Manages scheduling, pre-visit planning, and visit workflow.
• Oversees billing, reporting, and coordination with HR and facilities teams.
• Ensures safety policies and training are followed across sites.
