Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• English Advanced; Spanish/Creole preferred.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet.

Responsibilities

• Achieve NPS goals and ensure patient experience. Presence in waiting room during operating hours.
• Deescalate potential patient complaints and address issues promptly.
• Lead daily huddles with clinical and operational staff and coordinate plan with providers.
• Ensure all operational processes (check-in, check-out, referrals) follow established workflows.
