Job summary

Crawford is hiring an RN Case Manager to join our team in the Northwest Los Angeles County, CA area. This remote position includes local field travel, with quarterly bonus opportunities and funds for continuing education. We offer license and certification reimbursement to support your professional growth.

Ideal candidates hold an RN degree and preferably National Certification (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN). Workers’ Comp Case Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in a cost-efficient manner, following URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
• Support patients/employees with insurance lines including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
• Travel locally for field case management visits as part of a remote role.
