Job summary

Crawford is hiring an RN Case Manager in the Stockton, CA region. This remote role includes local field travel to client sites and offers quarterly bonus opportunities. You will deliver medical case management aligned with URAC standards and CMSA practices while supporting benefits across Workers' Comp, health, liability, and disability plans.

• RN degree required.
• National Certification (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN) preferred.
• Workers' Comp Case Management experience a plus.

• Support patients/employees with insurance benefits including Workers' Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
