Job summary

Broadspire Services, Inc. is seeking an RN Case Manager for the Northcentral Los Angeles County, CA area. This remote position includes local field travel to Santa Clarita, Valencia, Burbank and nearby communities.

The role supports workers’ compensation and health benefit programs with potential quarterly bonuses and reimbursement benefits. Ideal candidates have an RN degree and may hold national certifications (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).

Qualifications

• RN license and degree required.
• National certification preferred (CCM/CRC/COHN/CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp case management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services per URAC standards and CMSA Standards of Practice.
• Support patients/employees across insurance lines including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
• Travel locally for field-based case management responsibilities.

Location Requirement
Candidates must reside in the North Central Los Angeles County region and surrounding service areas, with the ability to travel locally for field-based case management responsibilities. Preferred locations include Santa Clarita, Valencia, Burbank, Tarzana, Simi Valley, Stevenson Ranch, Canyon Country, Newhall, Granada Hills, Northridge, and nearby communities.
