Job summary

MacMore LLC is seeking a full-time Medical Case Manager to support a government client under a pending contract award. The role focuses on coordinating accommodations and ensuring compliance with disability laws.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of HR/generalist experience, strong skills in evaluating medical documentation, and the ability to provide consulting and advisory services on reasonable accommodation requests.

Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of HR generalist experience.
• At least four (4) years of experience performing reasonable accommodation duties.
• Knowledge of the Rehab Act of 1973 as amended, the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA), and EEOC guidance.
• Experience providing consultant services in the area of reasonable accommodation.
• Must have technical skills to develop plans, procedures, and operating methods for assignments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accommodations for individuals are in accordance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, ADAAA, and EEOC guidance.

• Provide advisory services to management on reasonable accommodation requests per laws and guidance.

• Ensure accommodations for individuals are in accordance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended, the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), and guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
• Evaluate appropriate medical documentation, meeting with employees and applicants individually to discuss barriers in the work setting and identifying appropriate accommodations, collaborating with supervisors and managers, staff, and relevant mission partners to implement accommodations effectively
• Provide consultant services and/or programs in areas of reasonable accommodation.
• Use technical skills to develop the overall plans, procedures, and operating methods for assignments.
• Develop comprehensive reports regarding reasonable accommodation requests.
• Provide advisory services to management on reasonable accommodation requests per guidance and applicable laws governing reasonable accommodation/disability employment.

Minimum Qualifications
