Vireo Health in Minnesota is seeking a retail-oriented team member to support medical cannabis dispensing and customer service. You will handle patient interactions, prepare, label, and input orders, and ensure compliance under a licensed pharmacist’s supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of retail experience, with strong MS Office skills, communication, and multitasking abilities. Weekend/evening availability is needed for this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure patient medication safety.
• Assist customers with dispensing processes for medical cannabis.
• Complete operational requirements with organized workflow and accurate labeling.
• Input patient/provider data into seed-to-sale software accurately.
• Maintain cash drawer with opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure dispensary compliance under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Participate in recordkeeping and state reporting requirements.
• Attend meetings and continuing education as directed.
• Maintain a clean, infection-control compliant work environment.
• Assist patients and caregivers through the dispensary process and educate on cannabis use.
