Overview:

Our organization is seeking a Medical Business Development Representative to build relationships, trust, and referrals with both the legal and medical side of personal injury in Ohio. This full-time, 1099 position offers strong earning potential through base pay plus bonuses.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Competitive pay: $65,000–75,000 per year (DOE), plus bonuses
• 1099 independent contractor position

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach to prospective clients and referral sources
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking all activities and opportunities in the CRM system
• Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations to understand client needs and case potential
• Schedule and coordinate consultations and presentations for attorneys with prospective clients
• Research markets, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and target segments
• Develop and nurture relationships with community partners, medical providers, and other referral networks
