One Stop Recruiting in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Medical Business Development Representative to build relationships at the intersection of legal and medical personal injury cases. The full-time 1099 role offers base pay with bonuses and strong earning potential across Ohio.

You will conduct high-volume outreach, manage a robust sales pipeline in the CRM, qualify leads, and coordinate attorney consultations. A local network and 2+ years in PI business development are required.

Competenze

Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury business development.
Established Cleveland-area network preferred.
Experience in legal, insurance, or healthcare environments.
Background in consultative selling across multiple channels.

Mansioni

Conduct high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach to prospective clients and referral sources.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking activities in the CRM system.
Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations to understand client needs and case potential.
Schedule and coordinate consultations and presentations for attorneys with prospective clients.
Research markets, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and target segments.
Develop and nurture relationships with community partners, medical providers, and other referral networks.
Prepare and deliver clear, professional presentations that communicate the firm's value proposition.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine messaging and follow-up processes.
