Minimum Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of professional fee billing, reimbursement, third-party payer regulation, and medical terminology.
2. Supportive and accountable management skills.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Demonstrated coding and billing knowledge/experience preferred.
6. Experience in mental health provider credentialing.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all functions of the billing and revenue cycle to maximize cash flow while maintaining excellent customer relations.
2. Contribute to daily operations, provide analysis, create written processes, and train staff in revenue cycle management.
3. Guide employees in handling errors, problems, complaints, and disputes.
4. Conduct performance evaluations, make personnel recommendations.
5. Coordinate daily scheduling and workload for Billing Specialists.
6. Assist in staffing, training, and development of new staff.
7. Review productivity and provide constructive feedback.
8. Implement company ethics and policies to ensure maximum productivity.
