Responsibilities

• Enter charges and billing information into the EMR/billing system accurately.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and assist with patient registration as needed.
• Monitor patient logs and reports to ensure all billable services are captured.
• Assist with claim follow-up, denial resolution, and accounts receivable support.
• Ensure compliance with billing regulations and internal audit standards.
• Collaborate with billing and administrative staff to resolve coding or billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate financial and billing records.
