Job Responsibilities

1. Preview and update eligibility and benefits for all new and established patients.
2. Perform data entry by updating patient records to reflect current insurance benefits and status.
3. Post payments and monitor accounts receivable (A/R).
4. Appeal denials and understand how to identify and submit corrected claims.
