Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute is seeking an AR Billing and Collection Representative I for our Freehold, NJ office. The role focuses on analyzing overdue accounts, coordinating with third-party payers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.

The position follows a standard M-F 8:30–5:00 schedule in a non-remote setting. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of medical AR experience, strong knowledge of healthcare billing, and

• Minimum 4 years of experience in medical accounts receivable operations.
• Proficiency in healthcare insurance billing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and update AR accounts to ensure timely resolution per payer guidelines.
• Monitor 8:30–5:00 schedule; office-based role in Freehold, NJ.
• Coordinate with payers and internal teams to recover overdue payments.
• Prepare monthly updates on litigation accounts and closures.
• Document status and strategy for each claim to drive closure.
• Respond to billing inquiries and provide clear explanations to patients and providers.
