Overview

Under indirect supervision performs a variety of basic to complex processing tasks related to ensuring timely and accuratebillingand reconciliation of discrepancies in accordance with Compliance Administration practices, policies, and procedures. Works closely with the Director and Program Manager to report monthly financials.The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws, compliance guidelines, and company policies.Intermediate knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically ExcelAbility to communicate effectively.Excellent computer, organizational and planning skillsAbility to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalism.Ability to assist peers.Ability to work allbillingrequirements and reports.Excellent writing and documentation skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently.Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, duties, and priorities.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALSAssociate degree with major courses in business administration, accounting, or related-field from an accredited college or equivalent.
