A-Line Staffing in Nashville, TN is seeking a Healthcare Payment Posting Specialist for a hybrid role. You will support a high-volume cash posting team, posting and reconciling payments across payers and patient accounts with a standard start time and full-time schedule.

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Payment Posting Specialist (Hybrid). This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).

Details and Compensation

• Location: Nashville, TN 37228 – hybrid (on-site/remote)
• Hybrid schedule typically 3 days on-site / 2 days remote (set with manager)
• Training: first month is 5 days on-site
• Payrate: $24.00/hr (W2)
• Required Availability: Full-Time | 40 hrs/week | Standard start time typically 7:00 AM–8:00 AM (8-hour shifts)

Summary and Highlights

The Healthcare Payment Posting Specialist supports a high-volume cash posting team by accurately posting and reconciling healthcare payments across multiple payers and patient accounts. This role focuses on interpreting remittances (EOB/EFT/ERA/835), resolving discrepancies/unapplied payments, and ensuring payment accuracy and data integrity. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
