Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to support our national billing needs. In this role, you will ensure clean claims and accurate submissions so our field teams can focus on helping children and families.

You will input patient demographics, CPT codes, and claim details, process claims using FIFO, and address denials promptly while staying current with payer requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of medical billing experience (Medicaid and commercial insurance preferred).
• Basic Excel knowledge for data management and reporting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
