Butterfly Effects in Deerfield Beach, FL seeks a Client Collections Specialist to manage payor invoicing and collections within a family-centered ABA environment.

You will verify ABA therapy benefits (in-network or out-of-network), handle payor inquiries, and ensure timely payments while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a high level of customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Collecting accurate payments and resolving outstanding payor balances.
• Invoicing on all assigned clients timely and responding to payor inquiries.
• Verify patient benefits for ABA Therapy in-network or out-of-network.
• Identify and address concerns to prevent issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with insurance and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain organized prioritization and professionalism in a team environment.
• Collaborate with field staff and office staff to ensure client satisfaction.

What Would You Be Doing?

• The Client Collections Specialist will join a team that strives to maintain customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and timely invoicing of payor responsibility.
• Collecting accurate payments and finding resolutions to outstanding payor account balances
• Consistent, accurate, comprehensive, and timely invoicing on all assigned clients, as well as responding to incoming calls and mail from payors regarding outstanding account balances
• Verify patients benefits for ABA Therapy either in-network, or out of network to assist with proper client collections and claim follow up.
• Identify and address concerns before they become problems, and to propose solutions to concerns.
• Ensuring compliance with insurance and HIPAA regulation
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a highly organized approach to managing multiple priorities while employing high levels of professionalism, responsiveness, accuracy, critical thinking, a with a team friendly attitude
• Work with the field staff and office staff to ensure client satisfaction.

What Do You Bring to the Role?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of claim denials, the ability to read and understand explanation of benefits (EOBs).
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including active listening.
• High level of commitment/ownership to ones work product.
• Commitment to self-accountability, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Critical thinking, with a drive for continuous process and system improvement.
• Commitment to service excellence philosophy and interdisciplinary therapy for clients on the Autism spectrum.
