Responsibilities include handling state-funded contracts via billing portals and QuickBooks, maintaining EMR records, and collaborating with a therapist-owned team dedicated to child-centered care.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with insurance claims, denials, and payment posting.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and insurance portals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
