Responsibilities

• Run required accounting reports and address issues for billing.
• Collect payments as appropriate and maintain daily cash logs.

• Address denied or rejected claims and outstanding balances promptly.
• Audit and track information in patient files and ensure they are complete.
• Answer phones and assist patients, therapists, and vendors.
• Process paperwork for new patients and ensure required information is provided.
