Job summary

PeopleShare is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing & Collections Specialist to join the team of a global healthcare company based in Malvern, PA. This full-time role starts between 7:00am and 9:00am and pays $19/hour.

You will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance claims from initial follow-up through final resolution, work outstanding claims, contact payors to determine status, and research claims using payor portals and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical billing, healthcare collections, insurance claims, accounts receivable, revenue cycle, or a related field preferred.
• Comfortable navigating insurance company websites and payor portals.
• Strong research and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
