Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to review and analyze patient accounts to bill and collect revenue for services rendered.

Responsibilities

• Perform billing, collections, or customer service actions to resolve accounts.
• Understand payer guidelines for Medicare, Medi-Cal, and commercial payers.
• Review billing editing error reports before claim submission to ensure clean claims.
• Collect on insurance invoices/accounts as generated on assigned worklists and aging reports.
