Job summary

Responsibilities

• Post payments, prepare deposits and process denials per policy.
• Bill services in HMS to payer sources; protect client confidentiality.
• Document collection efforts and initiate payer projects to resolve reimbursements.
• Address inquiries with clients by phone or in person; resolve issues.
• Comply with DOH AR, cash handling policies, and Florida debt laws.
