Responsibilities

• Resolve claim rejections and submission errors promptly.
• Enter and update patient information in EMR with verified insurance.
• Post insurance and patient payments daily.
• Reconcile insurance payments for accuracy.
• Handle insurance follow-up for no response and denials.
• Assist with Medicaid electronic claims when possible.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
