Ultimate LLC in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Medical Biller/Collector to manage insurance claims and patient accounts. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) in a busy clinic, with a competitive hourly rate and a temporary assignment of 3+ months, with potential to hire based on performance.

The candidate will verify eligibility, follow up on claims, and ensure accurate billing records while complying with all guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Medical Biller, Medical Collector, or Insurance Follow-Up Representative.
• Strong understanding of PPO and HMO insurance plans.
• Experience with claims follow-up, denials management, reimbursements, and collections.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with medical billing software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Process and submit insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
