You will verify eligibility, submit claims, and resolve denials while providing excellent service in a collaborative healthcare team. This temporary assignment offers potential for long-term employment and growth.

• Previous experience as a Medical Biller, Medical Collector, or Insurance Follow-Up Representative.
• Strong understanding of PPO and HMO insurance plans.
• Experience with claims follow-up, denials management, reimbursements, and collections.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with medical billing software and Microsoft Office applications.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a busy Pasadena medical office with insurance billing, collections, and reimbursement activities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

Pasadena, CA $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

• Process and submit insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and unpaid balances with insurance carriers and patients.
• Manage medical collections and account receivables.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Flexible start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• Monday through Friday
